Invest Africa’s business mentoring programme is an initiative that matches experienced business people with African-origin MBA students. Its main objective is to support aspiring African business leaders. Aside from supporting mentees in their career development, the programme also provides them with access to Invest Africa’s network and content.
The programme also connects African-origin MBA students with C-suite executives. The mentoring pairs commit to spending at least two hours a month with each other. There are different business backgrounds of mentees, and many of them would like to switch to a new sector. The mentoring pairs are expected to commit to the programme for at least a year.
